Vanilla Marble really doesn't smell like the vanilla you're used to. While it holds onto the general quality of vanilla, Vanilla Marble uses high concentrations of almond and tonka bean to create a more nutty, refined, and sophisticated vanilla perfume. When you smell it the first thing that becomes apparent is those sweet nutty notes. Subtle notes of tiare flower and tropical orchid give complimentary floral hints that smell basically like greener, lighter versions of vanilla to help further build out the different vanilla facets. Careful usage of a soft white fig, a rich, oriental amber, and a deep, warm benzoin give a more sparkling quality to the fragrance by taking it in directions that don't smell directly like vanilla, but that sparingly contrast and compliment the vanillic tone of the perfume. Sandalwood and Madagascan vanilla create the soft base on which everything else rests. Overall Vanilla Marble is an all-star vanilla perfume that doesn't go the traditional route to reach the hearts of vanilla fans, and by taking a different path, opens up vanilla to people who don't even like vanilla by building the vanilla note into something far beyond its natural, unadulterated state.
